lawyers

how are all of your opinions on lawyers?

my father is one, so for the longest time i didnt understand why people disliked them so much. now i realize how many of them, no offesne, but especially prosecutors can be. doing it for the money, or in the prosecutors intentions of putting any person in jail, just to say they found the culpret. it doesnt seem to matter to them who actually is guilty.

i was used to hearing about my father's situation of knowing he wouldnt receiveany pay. or when he knows his client is guilty, he has tried to find someway to get them to confess to the court.

i dont mean to seem offensive to any prosecutors out there. i have just had some troubles with them in my past. basically i have been charged with things i did not do, and when the guilty person finally confessed to what they did, i received no appology.

Man, don't take this as a ' dis to your Dad. It isn't aimed at him. You asked a question, and I'm going to answer honestly.

Lawyers are leaches.

They wait till you fall in the crapper, then attach themselves to you and suck the last of your life blood. They keep drinking and drinking, till there's nothing left.

This is directed at all lawyers - your dad included. They are self serving bottom dwellers. Lawyers and judges aren't interested in the truth. They are interested in getting paid and winning. The reason the laws of this country are so fucked up is because of lawyers. Its not professional housing people in charge of HUD or accounts for the IRS - its lawyers. Politicians? They are lawyers too. Sorry dude, but your dad sucks and I dont even have to meet him to know it.

Well, let's see here. I have personally known very few lawyers, so my judgement is based off of primarily biased stories, but I have heard far too many stories of guilty people walking because of some stupid flaw in their arrest. Quite frankly that sickens me. Some stupid technicality can mean the difference between morality and malady. I am sure that there are some people who deal with the law in a proper and fair manner, but I'm afraid that in this malicious world of simple money from law suits and insurance, etc. fraud that this trend is likely to falter...

Ok I know a lot of lawyers sucks serious donky b@!!s but not everyone of them is a complete waste of flesh, take one of my friends her mom is a lawyer and she dosn't take the cases that make her a lot of money as a matter of fact she mostly takes on cases where the person involved has no money at all. And as for the people bitching about technicalities getting people off, my best friend was busted for having a bag in his car that had just tiny flakes of weed in it searously it wasn't even enough to get out of the bag just some dust cought in the corner, he had bought the car used a few months prior and he new that the bag was not his now the cops involved had pulled him over and searched his car without going through the proper channels to do it and ripped out his back seat were they found the bag stuffed under it. If it wasn't for technicalities that his lawyer brought up in court my friend would have a conviction for a B.S. charge that wasn't his fault. Just imagine how you would feel if you had a drug charge on your record and you were trying to get a job and it came up, do you think your future employer is going to believe you when you say it wasn't your fault.
I'm not defending all lawyers or the scum that get out of something they did do because of "technicalities" I'm just saying not everyone of them is an evil leache and you would deffinitly feel a lot different if you were in trouble and needed some good leagal help.

Remember its not the lawyers that get you off on a technicality or get you arrested for trumped charges. It all stems from asshole lawyers becoming asshole politicians and making the laws in the first place. You are just seeing the afteraffects.
