alignment 96 CV P71

I just purchased a 96 Police Interceptor with 120000 on it and am having an issue with the front end wanting to steer to the left, I replaced the steering gear box, pitman arm and idler arm assembly and took it to a reputable shop to have it aligned, well the tech told me he couldn't get the passenger side camber all the way to spec so he just set both sides to what the passenger side wound up being and took it for a spin, he then told me the car seems to want to go left and when you turn left and let go of the wheel it wants to stay going left, the car doesn't seem to want to turn right and feels uneasy when turning right out of driveways and intersections, i have no clue were to start looking for a solution,

Check the little universal joint in the steering column under the brake booster. These have a habit of freezing up causing steering problems.

It seems the reman steering box might be the culprit, when the car is off the grond and running i can physically grap the front wheel with both hands and force it to turn left to bump stop but can not budge it to the right at all, I did lube the joints in the steering shaft while the box was out and they did seem rusted up,
