New Project Started!

Well i finaly got around to starting this!
I am completly redoing my entire interior.
Instead of Black/Silver, it will now be White/Orange, to match the paint job i will be getting.

I have my interior sitting in about 100 pieces on my garage floor!
Nothing but bare metal inside the car.
I'll try and post some pictures of some pieces when i start installing them again.

WOW i'm getting excited. it's going to look CRAZZYYY

I bet it's gonna look pretty badass when you get done. White on the interior is risky business though, it's hard as hell to keep clean.

Are you gonna be painting the panels? Or covering them with fabric? What kinda paint? Or what kinda fabric?

Just curious.

I want to redo my entire interior as well, but that's way down on the priority list...

Laterz,
CZ-R

Thats a cool idea but you might want to have more orange than white because white is blinding while driving in the day time. Just a suggestion!

Damn dude, you're always doin stuff. Oh well I'm glad to see it, maybe one day I'll start doing everything to mine. Maybe that day will be this weekend(Got two projects going: New clutch and it's time to put the springs on). So are you using vinyl paint or just spray paint? I've heard paint just peels off, just make sure it don't before ya put all that crap back in (I'd probably do something stupid like that). So is the car going to be all orange or is it going to be orange and white? Can't wait to see the final car.

sounds sweet man...if i were u tho i would stear clear of the krylon and get actual vinyl paint. my friend did his interior with just regular spray paint (all white) and it is literally peeling off in places. i did mine with vinyl dye and it has yet to come off.

Paint

My friend did his interior with interior paint and in like 8 months it started to come off so he got all the paint off and preped it again and used engine paint. He used like the 500 degree stuff and it has been a year now and no signs of wear and the color is still bright.

I have already done my door pannels in Silver with the Krylon paint. It's been on for about 5 months and it wont come off. I took a screw driver and tried to scrape it of.. NOTHIN diddent even scratch.

The whole thing depends on prep work. AND LOTS OF CLEAR COAT.
I'll post some pics of some painted pannels in about 20 minutes.
check back.
