Hi Everyone,
I have a 97 Integra GS. I/E, no headers right now. I just got a custom bent CAT back. It uses the standard hangers and it's all welded in. It is wonderfull. I thought to but a resonator in as well. I figured I can do it at any time so I'll enjoy the no resonator sound right now. I really like it. :-) I put in breaks, OEM replacements, and they squeek. Is there something that I did? What can I do to stop it? Thanks, happy motoring. Regards, Spotovi |

Did you bleed your brakes out? Also there is a caliper part that is circular that has to be either pounded back in or twisted in. If that is all done, brakes usually squeak for a while after new pads are put on. You might also want to put on some brake cleaner on the disc because it might have dust on them and that's why they are squeaking.
Good luck.

I haven't Bled the brakes. I'll do that and let you know. Thanks for the info by the way.
What's this I hear the dealers apply a spray grease on the back of the brake pads when they do a brake maintance? They say that may help. Hmmmm Boy the cap backs make a big difference in the nature of the car. It know has a sporty racey feel. Hmm that should be an option they'll make lots of monney$$$$$$$ hahaha Regards, Spotovi |
