If I were you I would get a Greddy EVO or Greddy PE if they have them for the 2002.

the tanabe rm is real real loud but i dont know about the h gains on it. there is also a silencer for it if u dont like the deep sound. i was going to get the tanabe rm but i am deciding to go with my first choice witch is the greddy evo. the greddy evo is also 50 state legal so that is good for me since i live in cali.

Dunno if they make the Thermal catback but I had it on my old car (civic coupe EX) and it sounded nice and deep and wasnt too loud.

Dude what are you talking about? The Tanabe's arn't deep at all they are hella high pitched Bumble Bee. Greddy's sound hella Deep and they are street legal I noticed a big gain when I put on my Greddy PE which has a 2 1/2 all the way back. It is made more for Turbo Setup's but they are pricy.
