Cool What Exhaust should I get for X-Mas

I have a Red Trans Am 1997 with only 62,000 miles. I have worked a little on it but this X-Mas i am craving an exhaust! What type of Exhaust should I buy for my car. I figured I ask someone who has already had experience before I buy mine. Thanks

Re: What Exhaust should I get for X-Mas

Hmm, let me suggest the SLP LM exhaust. I love the Loudmouth on my car, but it's not an LT1. I've heard that LT1's pop more with this exhaust than LS1's do, no idea if this is true or not. What are you looking to spend. There's the low end of just getting a Flowmaster muffler, or getting the whole thing replaced with a Corsa exhaust, the high end...

Re: What Exhaust should I get for X-Mas

Personally, I do not like the loud gurgally sound that the loudmouth puts out. But thats me. I would go with 3 1/2 inch mandrel bent pipe from the cat back to an 80's series flowmaster with a cutout next to it so you can open it up whenever you want. Then get 3 inch out of the muffler to 3 1/2 inch slash tips(chrome) any muffler shop can run this set-up for you and personally i like it better than any of the actual cat-backs that you can buy.
Sounds meaner too.
