sdie markers on EF9
okay I fianlay got my dang fenders but im not positave on the hook up
are the side markers allways on and then blink or allways off and only come on when you turn on the turn signal??? thanks DayLight

Well on my civic, all my orange lights are off all the time. They only blink when I put on my indicators.

Always off and then blink in sychronisation with the fronts and rears so that all three blink together.
