NeeD HelP WitH 91 CRX??!!?!?

Hello,
hopefully i finally found a place where i can get some help.since im an idiot!!! , i have a 1991 crx hf, its a 1.5 i believe. and its pathetically slow. , i know my model crx is for high fuel economy and it only has like 65 HP,,,"stop laughing" ,lol, anyway my brother has a 88 crx DX and its 92 HP i think.What makes ares different????My car has fuel injection also!!!is there some kind of restrictor or something hold my cars horsepower back..what can i do to get my 91 crx hf to keep with a 91 crx si....i dont have money for an engine swap right now!!!!!!so im just looking to improve on what i already have.

Cabn i just change to camshaft over from an si and it will have the same power as si...Please Help....Please i really appreciate any help!

The crx's have more power then 65HP, fuck a 1985 Audi 4000 has only 100, so a 91 crx must have more.
