B16 or b18 engin for the engin swap

i am giting a 94 civic hatch for less wait but i am buyin a cheap one to get a good engin for it. What would you guys sugest what engin sould i get and what kind of turbo kit should i get. What would each do to my hp and torc.

im gonna get a b18b or a, cos of the displacement, initial power isnt as high as the b16, but it is lower in the power band which is always a plus, and u can always turbo it or do an engine buildup

dont listen to him. it isnt as good for turbo...it isnt worth 5 grand.
