See this before, but it's still cool. It works with any color I believe and it just shows the opposite of it on the color wheel.

Download the Amazing Pinwheel Now! The amazing pinwheel is a very freaky optical illusion! This trick involves downloading a simple program (pinwheel.exe). Download this file and run it from the directory in which you indicated the file be saved. The pinwheel will appear on your screen at this time. Stare directly into the center of the pinwheel for 60 seconds. Then immediately look away from the screen and at the back of your hand. This trick is very amusing.
