help 2004 explore major problems need advice

i have a 2004 explorer xlt i have already had the transmission and rear end rebuilt. the car only has 11,567 miles on it. ford rebuilt the trans and rearend free. i had trouble with the rear windshield wiper falling off once again ford fixed free. now my rear washer aint working. this car has the option where when u turn off and remove the key everything stays on untill you open the driver door. sometimes when you turn the car off and open the door everything still stays on ford tolded me they can't find anything wrong with the car and the problem is still there. i got one more problem sometimes when i am sitting at a light the ac will stop blowing for about 30 secs. once again ford dealer said they can not make the problem reapper. but yet i still have t6he problem i am starting to think i have an ecm problem.

Re: help 2004 explore major problems need advice

Take it back to Ford while you have it acting up, if possible. It may be frustrating for you, but the tech trying to find it is just as frustrated. Believe me, I know. It is possible one of the control modules is causing the problems, but without having a scan tool on it to see what all the readings are and what can be controlled, there is not a lot of help I can offer. If the Ford Dealer is willing to keep on trying, and you have the patience for it, it will eventually be fixed. Also keep tabs on the time it is in the shop. There is a lemon law. I would look into it for the state you live. Good luck with it.
