Holy S$*%! It's snowing!

So I wake up at about 7:15 this morning. A minute after my alarm goes off, my phone rings. All I get is "get your arse out of bed, it's snowing!"

Yep, snowing. On the 19th of September. Beginning of spring. At sea level.

Started about 6:30, went til 11 ish. Got about 10cm, but I've never seen snow fall, so it's a new thing for me. And yeah, I know it's not much, but it is quite out of the ordinary for this time of year (and considering we had like 20 degrees C on Saturday.)

First up, we ran around in our boxers and did snow angels (although I don't know if you want to see the actual snow angels pic, 5 guys in boxers with legs spread apart is a bit heinous for AF)

Iv been in the snow, but Iv never actualy seen it snow, not something you get to see very often in NZ.


We were short one guy at work, he was supposed to catch a morning flight back from Chch, but of course the airport was closed.

I live in Canada and it snowed last week in Alberta, Canada. I think I read that there was 42cm of snow last Monday (12 Sept. 05).

I live in Ontario, Canada, so I won't see snow till Christmas time.

As beautiful as snow may be, i really do hate it a lot! I don't like to be cold, but in ND winter lasts from Nov to April so i have to get used to it for now.

What part of Ontario? I'm going back to Cornwall in 3 weeks.


Man, snow already. I would hate that. Mostly cause I'm not a huge fan of winter. Thats the season I tend to always get into some sort of car accident. It never fails. Although, snowboarding, tubeing, and snow-mobiling are always fun things to do.
