Catalytic Converter

I need to replace my cat and was going to do a Hotshot header at the same time. I was thinking of getting a Random Tech cat. Is there a part# which is an exact fit, or does someone have the measurements to get an exact fit?

Anyone have a HotShot header/RandomTech Cat/Greddy CatBack together and how is it?

I was also wondering just how restrictive the stock exhaust really is - it sure looks okay to me - maybe even 2". Has anyone really checked it out?

I got the header/RT cat/GReddy all at once for my SE-R. Doing all at once sure makes installation a breeze.

There is a direct fit cat, but I don't have the P/N.

The stock exhaust is OK. You won't pick up a lot with an aftermarket exhaust though.

What if you either remove or hollow the catalytic that is in the car on a 2002 model, with the check engine light come on?
