Actually it isnt confirmed as head spludge because the driver doesnt exactly sit that high. BUT it might be so eww..

Wow... that's... gruesome...

I figure that the blood-spot on the truck is a little high, but probably because the driver got tossed somehow on impact... maybe because of the airbag, maybe no seatbelt... Otherwise, I wouldn't see a need to have tarps out covering parts of the road.

One of many instances where I'm glad I'm not a cop... or EMT for that matter...

That's f-in' crazy. He had to be just flying and not paying attention.

It also appears that the 18-wheeler is in the emergency lane and there are no skid marks that make it appear he even braked. That's creepy.
