Transmission Control Module?

Does anyone know where the TCM is at? My 2000 Alero 3.4 L, surges at approximately 2500 rpm, it's most obvious in 4th gear as if it is trying to downshift, but won't unless you really step on the gas. I'm running out of parts to try. Any other suggestions would be appreciated! No codes are registering.

The component that controls the 4T45E tranny on the Alero is the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The electrical solenoids that control various valves in the valve body are located within the trannny housing, like the upshift, TCC-PWM, and pressure control (PCS).

The PCM is located in/under the dashboard area on the passenger side.
