I've heard that it can happen anytime after 30,000 miles,is that true?because most of the ones I see for sale has around 30,000 miles and I don't want to buy one and then get crankwalk.I dont want to swap a 1g motor either

It does happen, weirdly enough...even with low mileage cars. It all depends...If you get a auto, then you won't get it. But if you have a stick, you might. Don't let it scare you though..The percentage that it mighht happen to you is very low. So don't worry and go burn some

I would have said the same thing, but my local DSM specialist
has an automatic car suffering from crankwalk. I would
have liked to got into more detail about it wiht him, but I don't
even like to talk about it.

It generally happens around 60k miles. Whenever your warranty goes out, that is when it will happen.
