Best exhaust system for 240sx

What do you guys think is the best SOUNDING exhaust system for the 240?

that all depends on what sound you like, I personally love how the Eclipse in the begining sounds on the fast and furious, If I could get my car to sound like that I would be extremely happy. Anyone know what exaust setup that Eclipse used?

It sounds good if its loud, deep, and not buzzy or farty.

for the best horsepower gain, i would get the apexi N1 duels. a person put that on and that on only, and he gained almost a whole second on his quarter mile. but beware, that exhaust will cost you 800 and its probrably the loudest thing in the world.

I guess you got restriction too concerning loudness of a car?

I'm not sure about where you live but here 95db is the limit on the exhaust noise. I don't really think that many cops actually check it here but if your car sounds loud then a lot of cops here will pull you over.

Personally I would buy an exhaust that would help with performance and not just go out and buy something that makes your car sound like a weedwacker. But if you want a loud one, then the cheapest thing to do is not have a muffler , but you can go and buy one of those 5 inch tips for it and it will be very loud. Some kids at my school just go out and buy those 5 inch tips and they can set off car alarms in parking garages.

But if you want performance then the Apexi N1 is a good exhaust system and there are many others also, such as any HKS systems. But if this isn't going on a turbocharged car then don't get the piping to big or otherwise it will just be super loud and sound like crap

I personaly bought myself a nice HKS Hiper Exhaust.It purrs when i start it up and just let it idle, but roars like a lion when i give it a nice rev.It also gave me a pretty decent up in HP, about 9hp.

I'm gonna get the Blitz Nur Spec R, hopefully I'll feel a difference in the performance, and a nice sound not too loud.

I just wanna make sure that my expensvive new exhaust system doesnt turn my car into a huge bumble-bee. I definetly would chose better sound over a few horses.
