Walked an R32

Not much to say, always wondered how I'd do against one.

I was cruising home this morning when I heard this loud exhaust droning out the movie I was watching. I'm pretty sure the exhaust was afermarket, unless it's that loud stock. So I looked in my mirror and saw golf headlights. I didn't know it was an R32 until I moved over to the right and saw his exhaust. I moved back into the left lane behind him.

We didn't get a lot of chances. These stupid idiots kept hogging the left lane. Hello, wtf is so hard to understand about using the left lane as the passing lane and not to cruise below the speed limit on the highway? Not just one, but three cars!

Anyway, we got an opening in the right lane. I heard the sound note of the exhaust change when he downshifted and I followed him to the right lane. We started off at about 70-75 mph, perfect spot for my third gear. He was about 1.5 - 2 carslengths ahead when he started. We passed the idiots that were cruising in the fast lane, in the slow lane

I gained maybe 1/2 to a car in third moved over into the left lane and shifted to 4th. I pulled pretty good, I was maybe 1-2 cars ahead of him after it was said and done (125 mph) So, I gained about 3-4 cars on him at high speeds alltogether. I had to slow down because traffic was building up again and I had to take the next exit. I'm pretty sure down low it would be more interesting with AWD.

Well, mid to low 14s at almost 100 mph isn't exactly fast, but it's not "slow." That's like saying Bulldog's Cobalt SS is slow, which it's not (look at his list of kills)

I see more pricks in Audis and BMWs.

Me too...

But honestly, keep your eyes on the road instead of the movies...

Screw that, I don't care about other lives. I watch movies while going 140 mph all the time, nothing wrong with that.

Re: Walked an R32

yeah ppl who hog that left lane really suck, here in denver where i live it's actually now illegal to be in the left lane unless your passing people, supposedly it causes road rage when ppl are held up, i hate it when i finally get up to like 120 and some idiot is there and i have to slow down like a billion times
