FINALLY Completed: model of my real '69 Firebird

I sorely miss this car, so I guess a model version is my only connection to my old girl. '69 Firebird, mild Chevy 350, was a former drag car, so when I first bought it, it had Centerline drag wheels with bigs n' littles. I changed them to the 15" 5-spoke IROC wheels you see here, though I only got these poor pics of it pre-IROCs. Anyway, I started a thread a-while back about models of our real-life cars, and it kinda died, but here's one anyway

Unfortunately the blue on the car was a custom mix, I had a hard time finding a metallic blue that close...

it still looks nice maybe if you added some more black to it or some dark grey mettalic it would have been darker but it looks nice tho.

Looks great!

I have been planning to start a model of my real-life 68 Camaro. Even have the kit, just no space on the workbench right now.

Though my latest looks like it might actually get finished. Then I would have some room.

It looks like a nice clean build.
Great work, and maybe I'll be sharing my 68 soon.
