Re: tell me my friend aint a moron

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA to you and your friend. Not uh...i am more of a street racer...no your not, i am. Prove it.....I watched fast and the furious 15 times, so that makes me more of a racer. HAHAHAHA this is the most imature post i have ever read. Just because he asked for an opinion about an intake system, doesn't mean he doesn't know anything about cars. Tell me, off the top of your head, what will make more power, a Dcsport header, or a JR header. Just because you don't know the answer doesn't mean you don't know anything about cars, it just means you need to do some research. Neither of you need to be racing around on the streets, especially with you mentallity that it is sooooo cool to be a street racer. That is the funniest shit i have read in a long time. Thanks for the laugh. As for the body kit. I beleive if you get a "urethane" kit, it adds about 12 HP over a fiberglass one. But if he wants a real power adder go with carbon fiber. I have seen gains of up to 40 HP with those. Make sure to adorn your car with neons and nos stickers for that extra edge when "street racing".

Re: tell me my friend aint a moron

Hahahahaha, we could go on and on with this one. People choose urethane over fiberglass because of fitment, not for the weight. Was there even a point to that post? No one cares how stupid your friend is, and judging from your use of the English language, you're not the brightest bulb on the tree either.

You can get a bodykit for a 92 Prelude for $410. http://bodykits.com/BodyKits/Honda/H...Body-Kits.html

Who cares how much money he makes and what his expenses are he can spend his money on whatever the hell he wants to. Are you his mom or what? And learn how to spell urethane. In your first post you spelled it Uriothine and then in your next post you spelled it uriothane. Atleast if you're gonna spell something wrong spell it wrong the same way.

What the heck does buying a body kit have to do with being a "street racer"

Okay, a few things:

1) Street racing IS NOT cool. I don't give a dang who you think the better street racer is. If you feel the need to race, take it to the local track, dragstrip, or autocross course. Do not be racer on the street. That just gives the rest of us all a bad name, not to mention it puts other peoples lives at risk. This isn't F & F, this is real life. Stop trying to be a "street racer." There's nothing cool aobut trying to be a street racer, only stupidity.

2) DO A SEARCH!!!! This junk has been covered countless times. If you are SOOO much cooler and smarter because he doesn't know which intake is better, then why didn't YOU answer it?? Stop making fun of him. Just becuase he didn't know that doesn't mean he's dumb. Besides, none of us was born with this knowledge, we all had to go out and research to learn it.

As for intakes...you'll get approx a 1% gain in HP for every 11.1 degrees you lower the intake temp. Thats why a Cold Air Intake typically puts out a little more power than an short ram, and why they perform better in the late fall than middle of summer in Arizona. Typically, a CAI is around a 4-5hp gain max at most.

3) Try to make an effort to have better sentence structure and spelling.

4) As for Urethane kits...almost NO kit does a darn thing for track use. With the expection of Genuine Mugen, I know of no one that wind tunnel tests their kits for airflow. Urethane vs. fiberglass. Nothing to do with weight, racing, speed etc. For the most part, Body kit, like those big ass awful wings, are for looks.

A Urethane kit will be harder to break. They can't be molded though, so make sure you get a good one with gaurenteed fitment. If the kit fits like crap, you'll have to like with it. With fiberglass, you can mold it, so if the kit fits bad...the right amount of money and time can fix this. However, they are more brittle and easier to crack. Among fiberglass kits, Handlaid fiberglass kits are less brittle than chopper gun fiberglass kits. They are also less wavy and tend to fit better. Chopper gun kits cost less, but are more wavy and more brittle. There is NOTHING wrong with getting a Urethane kit over fiberglass. Urethane, CF, or Fiberglass....Kits have NO effect on racing, street, track, strip or auto-x.

Do some research and stop making fun of your friend. There is nothing wrong with beign new to a subject. You both need to take a step back and do some research...and PLEASE learn how to spell and structure a sentence better.

and STOP STREET RACING!!!

You think you friend is a stupid ass? From reading your posts and seeing how poorly written they are, I must say that you are the "stupid ass." Leave your friend alone. He seems smarter than you, he's not making fun of his friend just because he's new and he doesn't know much about his car. At least he's trying to learn, and I really don't think your doing your part to help him. Then again, I think any advice you give him shouldn't be taken seriously.

Don't come in here and ask questions if you don't want the answers.

Take a hard look in the mirror at yourself. You make fun of your friend, yet you [clearly] don't know any more than he does. You can't spell or punctuate worth anything. You and your "friend" make fun of him for what? For knowing the same amont as you? YOU couldn't answer his questions, yoiu had no clue. Heck, you couldn't ever spell Urethane CLOSE to it's spelling. YOu had no clue what a kit was for, of the PURPOSE of a Urethane kit versus fiberglass....you know NOTHING about intakes.

So make fun of him all you want, you might as well be making fun of yourself too. These are all pretty basic knowlegde in here. That doesn't make you bad, but sit down and stop being a prick to your friend. You need to chill out and learn, not be an ass to him because he's trying to. Some friend you are being. You seem like more of a jerk to him than a friend, but that's my 2 cents.

As you put it..."end of discussion cuz i aint postin about dis shit no more.".....well....that's fine with me. You are disrespectful and don't give a damn what anymone in here says. I explained to you some of the things you asked...I asnwered your question and you still want to cop an attitude.

End of Discussion is fine with me, and drop that attititude with your "friends" while you're at it. You're not being cool, you're being a dum***. I suggest you don't cop that attitude in here anymore either. It's a quick ticket down the wrong road.
