The turn signals and flashers are controlled by the lighting control module. First thing to test is the fuses, then the multi function (turn signal) switch. These are a common failure. They are available at parts houses. Ask for Motorcraft.

How abouts can I check and be sure its the Stalk? The LCM is that black case with the circuit boards right? That runs like 270 bucks at Ford.. If nothing else works can you just replace the flashers in it? Or does the entire LCM have to be changed. I have brake lights and headlights, just no turn signals or hazards.

That is the box. If you know which areas to repair you may be able to repair it, have never tried. Here is the easiest test in the book.

CA2 TEST HAZARD LAMP OPERATION
Turn ignition switch to OFF.
Turn hazard switch ON.
Do turn hazards flash at a normal rate?
Yes
System operating normally.

No
CHECK Circuit 10 (LG/BR) for voltage at multi-function switch. If OK, REPLACE multi-function switch; RETEST system.

The hazards dont work at all.. Nor the turn signals. So do I skip and check Circuit 10 to see if even the Multi Switch works?
