my 2005 accent

ok so like i just got me my 1st car. just right on my money. i just got 3 question?

1. I want to custom it. not the engine( those technical stuff which i have no clue on) but the exterior looks like adding a spoiler moonroof. flame effects and change tires and rims for better traction and grip. So do you think its worth it for this kinda a car.

2. I like neon lights i have neons all over the interior of the car. but is that illegal or what? is it illegal for me to put neons inside and out? oh and is it illegal for me to put them neon light license plate frame where when you brake it lights up?

3. got any tips for a new accent owner?

I'd like to add that I also have an 05 Accent. I'd like some engine upgrades and body kits and stuff like that, but i'd prefer to start with my engine. its a compleatly stock 2 door with a hatchback. I know some about engines, but not much. I could probably figure things out after stareing at it for a while though.

I did see something on the web called turbonator. it says to add 35 hp and less gas milage. i was planning to buy it but needed and experts opinion on it.
