ok, i have the following kits found:

Tamiya








any comments?
other kids?

I like the 11/993/996 series best
any turbo kits out yet of the 996?

awaken1976 had a thread on this once, see if you can dig it up... He had them all listed, but without pics...

Italeri makes 993 and 996 as well. There are 993 Carrera, Turbo and Cabriolet, and the engine hatch is separate, and they include simplified engine details that are glued to the chassis, meaning no separate engine assembly.
Italeri's 996 on the other hand, doesn't includes engine, so no better value than the Tamiya's Carrera kit. Cabriolet is also available from Italeri, but the 996 turbo hasn't been released from any manufacturer yet. Conversion kit to make the 993GT3R is available from Scale Production. www.scaleproduction.de

im still waiting for my fujimi vielslide porsche from hlj so i will let u all know what it is like when i get it its been like 3 weeks and they just shipped it monday
