what do i do about rust?
hey guys i got sum rust, in various places on my car
the stuff that isnt bubbled up, can i use sum kinda rust nuetralizer and paint over it with touchup?but then there is this bubbled up rust by my back right wheel well along the side, im guessing ill have to take it to a body shop to repair that, how much can stuff like this cost?

Just to give you an idea, I had my accord taken to a body shop b/c of all the rust on the rear wheel wells. They quoted $835. But the rust back there is all the way through and that includes some time to fix my bumper. Yours will be cheaper if its only on one side and its a small area.
They also said most all honda's get the rust in the same area. They suggested ripping out the little rubber trim pieces that are around the wheel well. That holds water and salt.

I was quoted $750 for both sides (all the way through rust), that's with repainting both rear quarter panels, heating the bumper and taking out the identation, and repainting the bumper. I will probably get it fixed sometime this summer and repaint it a different color.
