right rear grinding 01 Taurus

Passanger rear brakes grinding. Removal procedure please and what might be expected when I get the drum off. There are 2 rubber grommets on the backing plate. Does the top one have a star wheel adjuster? And if so do I move the tool from top to bottom, or bottom to top to release the shoes?

If you are unsure of procedure, remove both drums and use the other side as a guide. I think the adjuster releases by moving the handle of the tool upward. The adjuster is in the top plug. On the adjuster, I am trying to remember. If it gets tighter, turn the other way.
