Well, at this point, there are a few reasons that I have decided to sell my car. A few personal reasons, and I'm always willing to help a family member in need.

My cousin, if you remember a while back, wanted/wants my car. I've teased saying every now and then that I would sell her my car, but then I'd say I'm keeping it. Although, some things have come up for me, some things that have caught my interest. Financially, it would be great for me. There wouldn't be such a high insurance rate to pay, high gas prices, yada yada yada.

I'm moving closer to work, so there won't be a need to really commute in my car for such a short distance. I'm looking into buy a bike, nothing fancy, just for the short ride there. Maybe even some rollerblades, or skate board. Haven't decided yet, but it would help me excercise too, and keep in shape.

I won't be buying my dad's car at all. He's keeping that because he is getting rid of his Jeep (daily driver). So he will need his car to get around. Which is fine, I'm not really interested in his car that much. So, like I said, I'm selling it to help out my cousin. My car is quick, it has very low miles, looks descent for what it is, get's good enough gas mileage, and she overall loves it more than anything. It fits her style. So, there you have it. I'm selling her.

Just in case some of you may be wondering what I may be saving for, I'll tell you. A good buddy of mine is selling his wife's car. I've seen it in action, and know what it's all about. I haven't talked to him yet, but I really would love to own his car. So today, I'm going to see if I can work something out with him. I'm really hoping he will allow me to buy this car. He's selling it for about $8-9K. Just depending. But, let's just say it would put me into the 12 second range no prob. Other than that, I'm getting rid of my baby. But, if everything goes through, I'll have what I wanted. A 12 second daily driver.

Acura Integra, forget the year, but it's the 94-01 body. Very good looking car, well maintained, and I know what he's done to it, how well it's been taken care of, and all that stuff.

Wow so Civracers gonna now be ____racer... I bet its gonna be sad to see her go. but at lease its going to a relative so you can take it for a spin here and there and make sure everythings cool with it... Who knows what punk kid is doing to my RSX right now...

and you mightaswell tell us what car it is or were gonna have another engine guessing post where everything gets confusing

Mason, it's an Integra. Although, I am making one last trip with the Civ. I'm going back east on August 5th, so I'll be running across the US to upstate New York. So if anyone wants to run against me along the way for fun, let me know

It's all good man... I know the feeling of wanting something different... it was hard to sell my little Panda. But it was for the better.

Fully built motor. I just talked to him, and he said I get first dibs on the car. His wife is going to hold it until August, which gives me plenty of time to come up with the money I need. I'll see him next Wednesday when he runs his hatch at the drag strip. So by then, I'll try and get everything I possibly can on it.

It's putting down about 450 to the wheels. Rebuilt with only 3K miles on it, fully built as stated, new clutch, pretty much everything is new in it. There's honestly too much to list from what he told me over the phone. And it runs low 12's easily.

Bah, buying 12s, weak...

So says the person whose looking at an FD3S for a next car because unlike Supras, people aren't price gougin' RX-7s. I mean c'mon, last Supra I was looking at used at 60k miles on it, bone stock, and the guy wanted 30k for it...

I'm just playing with ya man, I hope you get the car, and if you do, good luck with it. My freind is going to hate you though...he gets a chubby everytime he sees a 'Teg....He'll never get one though becuase he is convinced he can find a Yellow Type R with under 10k miles for less than $9k.

funny shit i heard today on the radio "the number one car stolen in america is the acura integra, 1 in 300 are stolen in their life time. they are thought to be liked because of their fast engines"

and integras are sapposed to be "fast"?

if im going to steal a car for its engine it ISNT going to be an integra...but w/e

but anyway...at least now youll have something that wasnt made to be a 100% econo box. its only like 90% econobox. and they look better too. but its still a honda
