G-Force & CEL -- HELP!
Just installed the G-force ECU for m/t for my 1995 SE 5 speed yesterday. Drove it once and thought it worked great. Started car this morning and got a CEL immediately. Pulled codes (see list below). Cleared ECU and drove. When I went to restart the car after work, the CEL reappeared. Same codes. Cleared the ECU again but when restarting, it always reappears with the same codes.
Swapped my OEM ECU back in. No CEL, No Codes. What gives here? Has this happened to anyone? Why am I getting an A/T code when the Gforce I have is supposed to be manual tranny? Codes: 04 02 Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor 05 04 Automatic Transmission Control Unit Signal to ECU 08 01 Vacuum cut balve bypass valve 08 03 Absolute Pressure Sensor 08 07 EVAP Canister purge control valve/soenoid valve circuit 09 03 EVAP Canister vent control valve 10 08 EVAP canister purge volume control valve 13 02 MAP/BARO SW Solenoid/Valve Someone help a brother out please!
