Help backfire & cel 171 174 2000 3.8

While spraying injector cleaner into throttle body engine backfired and has rough idle and stalls out,once above idle drives fine replaced maf and idle control valve dealer did isolator bolts 4 months

backfire poor idle 171 174

found vacume line that was blown off back of throttle body runs great now
