1990 RX-7 Seized

Hi, my friends 1990 Mazda Rx-7 has the engine seized. Do you guys know how to fix this problem???

Do you know what caused it to sieze? If its carbon lock, I've heard (but never experienced) that if you soak it with automatic tranny fluid that might help. But if he overheated it and warped a housing than there's nothing you can do except rebuild with a new housing.

you lost me with the housing. I have NO idea what that is, I will recognize it by looks, but by name, I have no idea.
What does this Housing do???

Its the equivalent of the block in a piston motor. The rotor (roughly a triangle) spins around inside the housing.
