running light problems

hey , i need some help 94 del sol, when i turn on my lights, my head lights come on.. but i have no running lights in the back. however when i step on the break they work. checked fuses..couple were blown, and replaced..but it still isnt working.. please help!!

sounds like you've got some wiring issues. i experience this exact thing with a prelude i used to have. for me, it turned out that there were several wires melted together inside the steering column.

id say your best bet is to take it to an auto shop that specializes in wiring and electronics. unfortunetly, i think that wiring is a lil pricey, but its better then getting pulled over at night or worse yet, getting hit by a car that doesnt see your tail lights.

get it fixed asap, mine were out for like 3 months and i got like 3 tickets.. no fun..

Brkare light bulbs have two fillaments in them. The running light fillament might be blown. Pull them out and see if its snapped.

i have the same problem.. i saw the blown fuse took it out and replace wit the same fuse.. the same day that i did it.. it died again on me. i have no idea what to do.. is it because i put back in a wrong fuse? but it use to work fine.. until one day i decided to change my deck and after that this is what happened to my car.. if anyone knows please help.. thank you

by the way.. i took out the deck and never put it back in.. so there is no deck there..
