Question Strut bar?

Iīve got a problem again!
Like you can see in my sig Iīve got a JDM Type-S intake (Please donīt ask me where itīs from cause I donīt have got any idea. It was the personal car of a 60 year old (??) Honda dealer here in germany. It also had the ATR valve cover on when I got it.) and I want to order a strut bar for the front in the next days. There are two brands which I can choose: Neuspeed or Spoon. So my question is if they would fit with the Type-S intake or not? I mean the Type-S intake is a little bit boxier than "normal" intakes so that they might not fit right. And Iīve heard that the Spoon strut bar might rub at the hood or anything like that. Funny thing is that both would cost me about the same (both are damn expensive for me!). So it would be really nice if anybody could give me a fast and serious answer (Please no "...IMO it should fit.." or useless stuff like that! )!!! Thanx in advance!

i have the spoon bars and they dont rub.

the neuspeed bars are much more rigid, tho... tightening up the front end even more. more like chassis braces than a strut bar.

And both will fit with the Type-S intake without any problems??
I think itīs not that important for me if one of them is more rigid than the other one as long as they donīt have got pivot mounts and fit well. Like you will already know the 5th gen chassis is already very rigid so as long as they are better than DC bars Iīll be happy with them.
So which one would you recommend? Iīve heard that Spoon is going to discontinue the production of the strut bars for the Prelude, is that true?

spoon is jdm spec, so it should fit. neuspeed is usdm fit, so only guarantees us vehicles.

All 5th gen Preludes should have got more or less the same chassis so that shouldnīt be the problem. The question is if they will fit with the boxier Type-S intake. But youīre right with the JDM spec! The Spoon strut bar should definetly fit with the Type-S intake. Thanks for making me realize that!

Spoon stopped the production of their strt bars for the Prelude so I have to get a Neuspeed one. So does anybody know for sure if itīll fit with the Type-S airbox or not?

Iīve called the one and only Spoon dealer here in germany and thatīs what he said to me! That doesnīt mean that they arenīt available anymore in shops in US or anywhere else. Maybe they stock a lot of them. But it would be too expensive for me to import a Spoon strut bar from the US. The Neuspeed strut bar is already really expensive for me with shipping.
