Nice work and I love the body color. Could I ask what paint you used for the body?

I used MOTIP lacquer.

Re: '55 Chevy Nomad

I love the color. If those are the wheels/tires you're going with, I'd recommend that you sand down the tires a little first, or I've heard of people spraying them with a dullcoat. As is, they look way too plasticky.

There's no need to apologize for your English, I'm not to good with it myself and it's the only language I speak!

I freaked out when I saw this. I thought I went to the motorsports subforum but accidently clicked street and show. I thought that someone else was making a '55 Nomad for the comp. You scared the shit out of me.

This looks really nice. Great color and nice painting on the interior. Hope to see the finished soon.

Re: '55 Chevy Nomad

Thanks. I sanded tires. Now Nomad looks more realistic. A few photos of my work progress:

I don't know why this is so... askew (?)

Re: '55 Chevy Nomad

Here's the finished model. As you can see the chasis doesn't fit right...

And little graphic manipulation:

Re: '55 Chevy Nomad

It's a terrific build but some Bare Metal Foil would really make it pop!!
