Question Windstar 1999 - Generic Electronics Module

Does anybody knows where I can find the "Generic Electronics Module" ?

I believe on the '99, it's called the PCM (powertrain control module). It shares duties with the instrument cluster and other modules around the vehicle.

The PCM is located underhood very near the RH hood hinge. Best to remove the wiper arms and cowling to gain access.

Yours has a FEM(Front Electronic Module). It is located to the left of the brake pedal. It has 3 wiring connections on the bottom. It is against the firewall.

I found it near the brake pedal.
Does anybody know where can I buy a new FEM?
