Shopping Carts Suck

Today I went to Wal-Mart. I thought I was lucky since I found a close parking spot. I go in get a few things, read some magazines, and come back outside. When I see a runaway shopping cart headed for my car. The stupid mutha fucka hit my taillight and broke it. I am so pissed. I doubt I will be able to find a replacement, since they don't make them any more. I will probably have to go to a junk yard to find one. Are there any good cheap online replacement car part places to get one?

Well that totally sucks! I hate people who can’t be bothered to return the trolley to the trolley bays that are provided. Some people are just so lazy!

As far as the part for your car, unfortunately I’m not in the US, so not sure of any places that you could get one from. Hopefully someone else will post to help you out.

Took the rusty japper down to the mall this morning...already the Christmas mayhem has started!After circling the lot for ten minutes,I grabbed a space as someone left.Forty minutes and many dollars later,I returned with my week's groceries.Resting gently against my door mirror was a shopping cart,its progress down my car marked by a long scratch.Sh%t happens, I guess, so I loaded my stuff into the car and took the two carts back to the cart pound. As I was walking back to my car,A sweet looking young lady was pulling into the spot opposite mine.She stopped her car halfway into the space,jumped out and FIRED an empty cart out of her way.
Now the old japper is not a thing of beauty.It has more bumps and scratches than a Mike Tyson opponent. but it is mine,it is paid for and it will cost money to replace.The empty cart did no damage as it bounced off my towball,but sweetie was not even looking.She gunned her car into the space and left to go shopping.As a rule,I don't pick fights with women.I hope she managed to lift the shopping cart off her roof without scratching it.The note under her wiper blade will tell her exactly why it is there.

See, by the title of this thread I thought it was going to be about how shopping carts suck - not how the damage your car. I'm talking about when you go shopping and you pick out a BAD cart. No what I mean? Like when the thing:

1) has only 3 of the 4 wheels actually touching the ground

2) is practically connected to the other carts so that it takes the strength of the Incredible Hulk to get it free in the 1st place

3) pulls to one side

4) one of the wheels doesn't spin properly or at all

5) it makes a loud clicking noise when you push it

6) its wet because it was raining outside (ooh, this really sucks when they are metal)

7) it makes a loud* ass squeaking noise when you push it as to announce to the whole store that you are shopping

See...that's what I thought the thread would be about, because shopping carts really do suck!

Don't worry Sham365 I feel your pain on this issue as well. I hate it when they get stuck together. You pull with all your might, and can't get it. Then some old woman comes up and gets it free without any problems. You sit there amazed and then say to yourself, "I must have loosened up for her."

I once saw a person literally push the cart into another car while trying to throw it in the little booth they have in the parking lot.
And the sob left it there,didn't even have a reaction,people don't have any respect these days
