1992 Dodge Caravan die out

I have a UMC truck made by Utility Master Corporation placed on a 1992 Dodge Caravan chassis. It dies out on start up. It will not idle. I've replaced the camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, coil pack, computer, plug and wires and replaced all the fuel injectors. I've replaced all the fuel filters, fuel pump, cleaned and lubed all the wire connections. It has a new battery. I removed the front timing cover and made sure the timing marks were aligned. I cleaned the throttle body ports too. This vehicle has no EGR. After doing all this the vehicle still will not start and run. All the fuses check out ok. There are no codes registered in the computer. The Detroit service dept. says they have no service manual for this vehicle because it's made by 3 different companies. It has a 3.3 liter engine with electronic overdrive transmission. If you've had this problem before with this type vehicle or with a standard Dodge caravan with the same drive train please offer some help!
