transmission swap with a 240sx will it fit?

I have a 88'5.0 and i want to know if a 240sx tranny fit fit my car?
they both are t-5 and b&w

Borg Warner and Tremec make the same tranny T-5, T-56 etc.., for many companies. Chevy, Ford, Dodge. They are all made to different spec of each company.
