Hey at least he isn't trying to play guitar with this really loud amp with distortion that you can hear for miles away...
My solution is to go and sneak into his house and destroy the drum heads and break all his sticks and make him play like more than 50 bucks for it to get fixed...

If you play guitar, or if you dont its even better. Take a guitar, and a big loud amp, plug it in outside, and jam out like there is no tomorow with nothing that sounds good at all...do it at like 3am (which is coming up soon)...payback is fun.
