My new Mustang.

Well, I just picked up another Mustang. It's a 1992 GT, and it was had for extreamly cheap! This car was sitting under trees for about a year in someones back yard in Southampton. As shown in the pictures, it will need some work, but it's nothing major and should be really easy to get up running and looking good. It needs a new front bumper cover, and a few trim moldings, and a starter. Has a little rust starting in the front fenders and a small dime sized hole in the passengers rear quater. All in all, not a hard fix one bit, but will take some time to get it to where I want it. I'll post updates as this project moves forward.

It was less than a G, I won't give out the exact price but I'm sure Craig doesn't care. He is the master deal finder!

Re: My new Mustang.

The guy originally wanted $1,500. I told him It was only worth $800 to me, but he didn't want to go that low. Two weeks later he said he would take $800, but I told him $700 and I'll ake it away the next moning. And you know the rest of the story.

This car is going to be a daily driver. I really miss my old 89 GT, but this car has less structural flaws them my 89 did. With a little TLC, the 92 will be pretty decent. This project is also going to give me more experence in body work, and I also plan on painting this car myself in the future. It's pretty much a cheap car that will allow me to experence things that Ihave not yet done.

A few mods I have planned are just a few basic ones. Headers. catted h-pipe, cat back, pulleys, gears and a 5 speed swap. This car is going to be 100% street legal and mainly stock just to cruise in.

Re: My new Mustang.

wow $700, not bad. I like the Foxes, but my favorite style is what I have, the first generation SN95
