Aluminum
My AEM CAI is made out of aluminum...
Some people have made good homemade systems with PVC, or dryer hose and all kinds of stuff..

ya people have, but wouldn't use pvc, ect. Either buy and AEM or make one using mandrel bent piping. (aluminum or steel)
