either way it'll be a good race because of all of the build up to it.... it's a tough call but i think the c5 will take it, ya can't argue with massive torque. but the civic guy has all my admiration win or lose.

Read further into the thread, like back to page 2 or 3. The Civic walks the guy in the Vette. The Vette owner talks about some things he saw on the Civic. I think alot of Greddy(sp?) stuff or something like that.

Hmm, interesting. I didn't even notice it. I'll have to scroll through the whole thing and find him. I'd be interested to talk to him, thanks.

I think the funniest thing was th guy that referenced the fast and the furious when he said "that's why I live my life 1/4 mile at a time." That has to be the f***ing dumbest wanna-be cliche ever made from the most inaccurate popular race movie ever. I wanted to strangle the guy that wrote that line and I had hoped it would never come up in my life again. Even if it is something that was said b4 the movie, I had never heard it cuz no dummy would ever try to say that in public unless he is the type that would intentionally drop the soap in prison.

With that said, I feeel the corvette guy is an idiot and will always be an idiot. Look at the picture for christ's sake. He looks like the failed result of a west virginia test tube colony attempting to diversify the gene combination of its citizens which is depleted due to incest. It doesn't take a genious to learn how to drive a car that they claim they love so much; u would think the guy was attached to the car at the waist the way he talked about it. I mean I can imagine the vette still winning if it had like $3 grand max in mods and a competant driver. I bet his IQ is equivalent to the percentage people in the USA that think the Aztec is the "hottest car since the Yugo."

I'm glad the Honda guy took advantage of him though, made the vette guy look like an idiot. Oh, does anyone remember the LCD monitor on the eclipse the cop drove in the fast and the furious that said some stupid crap like "manifold overload" and then bolts began to pop out from inside the car and something fell off the bottom or something totally unrelated to the manifold. Damn that was priceless. Their accuracy in depecting street racing was almost as top-notch as their casting job.

K im done with insults for now.
