Fears??
how can i destroy my fear (i dont want to mention)?
i know people say face the fear but i can not seem to. does anyone have any advice?? chris

my bigest fear was Big harry spiders and scorpions. I got over them by keeping a spider as a pet and playing with it. I had to face the harry monster. As far as scorpions I moved to a place that is swarming with them. I have been stung like 25 times by them. I can now pick them up with out them stinging me. The only way to get over your fear is to face it head on.
