Afghanistan 'bans' the Internet I am not from there but wtf is up with that. Oh then I remember politics hehe. Next year I am off to law school wow so much fun 9 years of it lol. I think that is a bunch of bull but I think I would do something like that lol to control people's minds later on in politics. Hmm I don;t even know wtf I'm talking about anymore.

afganistan is under Taliban rule....Basicaly, that's like if Jerry Fallwell were president...

The Taliban is a very strict religious order.

This is a fairly recent change in Afganistan, I saw something about it on Dateline or 20/20 or similar show a month or so ago.

I didn't know about the internet, but I do know they outlawed music, and dance, among other everyday things to you and me.
(these new laws are enforced by the 'religious police'....crazy shit)
Meanwhile, the Olympic committee is claiming China violates human rights, yet in Afganistan, you will be punished for singing or dancing.

Yo, Afganistan, Wake up and smell the 21st century!!

when will the US go in and 'help'? As soon as they find oil, and don't share with us.

I could go on a while about this, but, I'll shut up now...
