opinions on tanabe racing medallion?

sorry for all the exhaust questions. its just i am trying to find a good exhaust and dont want to buy one and find out it sucks. i have read reviews about the greddy and got mixed reviews so i threw that exhaust out. now i am hearing nothing but good things about the tanabe racing medallion. i know it is loud and i said i didnt want a real loud one but there is a silencer with it. so if anybody has heard or has a trm then share your thoughts about it so i can decide on a exhaust. thanks.:smoka:

also is this exhaust 50 state legal. if it is then why should you have problems with 5-0
