Im new here

i was never really into cars and going fast. but i finally gave in. just recently i bought a 2003 nissan se-r spec v with a few mods to it. but man just being able to get on the freeway and letting it all hang out is awesome. i really havent raced anyone. ive maybe raced three or four cars. i have one story that you might like. well one night im out driving around. its like 3 am and i pull in the turning lane to get on the freeway. and then this kid in this celica pulls up with his stereo all loud. i admit i was nervous as hell. it was my first race. i didnt want to lose. he reved his engine and i looked over. i reved mine and instantly he knew it was on. the light turned green and i blew him off the line. i was up to a 100 before getting on the freeway and i pulled ahead of him just as the two lanes merged into one. as i reached 120 i could see him kinda fading back like he just gave up. we reached the next exit and the kid didnt even look at me. he just turned the other way and drove off.

Re: Im new here

You rarely ever hear about racers who can accept defeat gracefully. We need to find more of those people.

Welcome to the AF family. Bathroom's down the hall, first door on your left.

Re: Im new here

Actually you should probably send him to the second floor bathroom cause that one's been clogged up by all the bullshit in here recently.

Welcome to AF.

good race. Lol, that's how it all begins. Being nervous is normal at the beginning when you start driving or racing around with yr new car.

Welcome to AF and yes, second floor is way better

Re: Im new here

Never been to the second floor. That's where all the higher-ups lurk, and I ain't one of their kind.

I used to be nervous about street races, than I started living my life a quarter mile at a time.

Re: Im new here

Shaking because you're afraid of cop trouble or just getting the "Car Ecstasy" jitters?

Happens to me, too. Just starting the 13BT gets me giddy every morning.

Re: Im new here

you put around your image link. Except the "img" letters have to be capitalized. And the slash might be facing the other way.
