Antilock Brakes

i have a 99 grand am se v6. im wondering if there is any way for me to remove the antilock brakes by pulling a fuse or disconnecting a wire. it has to be simple like this, because my brother drives the car too and he wants the antilock brakes to be on, but i hate them. basicly it needs to be able to be put back and forth simply and quickly. is this even possible?
