antilock brake module brake line positions 99 silverado

I have a 1999 Chevy Sliverado C2500 6.0Ltr.

I had a brake line blow out, so I made a small diagram. In try to get off one of the lines I had to remove more lines and saw they werre rusted so I replaced more. My brakes now work but are slow to release, in the front end. There are five postions on the antilock brake module under the truck. Three on the top, and two on the bottom. Does anyone know where they are supposed to go to????? I know the top frame side one goes to the rear brakes, after that I am guessing. So if anyone knows or can look at there truck and tell me frame side top(Rear Brakes), Middle top, Tranny side top, tranny side bottom, and frame side bottom.

Wow, that's helpful...

Okay so here go's looking at the ports:

• Upper Left--Left Front Output
-to left front caliper

• Upper Middle--Right Front Output
-To right front caliper

• Upper Right--Rear Output
- to rear axle

• Lower Left--Master Cylinder Secondary/Front Input
-the front most fitting on the master cylinder

• Lower Right--Master Cylinder Primary/Front Input
-Rear most fitting on the master cylinder.

I found this in some other forum using Google.

Re: antilock brake module brake line positions 99 silverado

The post listing the positions is correct!! I figured it out by chasing them down and logic. I did try the dealership where I bought the truck, they called it old and out of the system, parts guy at least tried service manager never even looked in computer.

Unfortunately I must have damaged the abs module as it is now leaking out of the rubber caps at the bottom, $1000 part, adding up other upcoming repairs it is getting traded in. Since Chevy decided to get rid of all my local dealerships, except for the one who would not help me I will be searching out other brands. My chevy served me well for 11 years!

many have gone to the scrap yard to get this rather than pay big bucks for the new one..

any vehicle this old it is not a good idea to get help from the dealerships...they make profit on new sales...they all are the same ...

I was looking for info on a simple manual transmission fluid question , this dealership is normally helpful with looking up info...

Because it was 10yrs old the info was not available...
