98 Explorer Door Lock Actuator Mounting
How do you mount the door lock actuator on a 98 explorer? Does one need to purchase a new one?
The "brad" or "rivit" that connects the actuator to the door is broken. Can it be replaced or must a new one be purchased? RoadHired |

Re: 98 Explorer Door Lock Actuator Mounting
You can rivet the old one back in place if the mount is not broken. You need to remove the lock actuator, rivet the mount in place, then install the actuator in its grooves.
