Already answered this question in the Audio forum -- frankly im tired of him posting the same questions in 18 differant forums. Dude youve been here long enough to know not to double post in differant forums. We will all find your posts and reply dont worry :finger:

And no I dont swear by the MP5010K -- I swear by the IC8010 but it isnt MP3 compatible, but this is a nice unit none the less -- check the audio forum for my reply.

lol, sorry. I only posted like 3 threads in both the audio and this forum. I posted in audio for quality responses, here for quantity. I though a professional and public response would help me more. If it bothers you that much, I'll just restrict my postings about it to here. I didn't mean to make anyone upset.

btw- thanks for the reply.

I took a look at it. It seems to have very good specs. The first one seems to be just a radio, and the second one says only one little line about playing mp3s on CD-Rs. I need one that will play all. I need to make sure that this HU WILL PLAY any mp3 recorded on any CD-R with any CD burning software. If it does, and you tell me so beforehand. Then I will definately consider it! However, this one is $30 more than the other one that was promised to me by two people to be excellent.

more input please!!

ok i have the DEH-P740MP. yes it plays mp3s. it plays cd-r and cd-rw. cd-rw is nice. i use easy cd creator 5. you can get it on kazaa if you dont have it. um lets see you can rip all your cds and put them in folders then just burn the folders on the cd. after i do this i can chose to stay in that folder and repeat it or you can set it on random in the folder. or you can set it on disk and just let it play and play all the cds in order or you can put it on random and it will pick songs randomly from the whole disk. it has folder name, artist name, song title, file name and bit rate. this info is one of the main reasons that make mp3 players so great. with this unit it has tons of sound munipulation things. you can play with these settings forever. it has graphics with about 8 diff screan savers. ive never been able to make it skip. and well you can read the specs that site doesnt have them all listed but most and most of that stuff i dont know what it means. so far i have no complaints. or even close to one for that matter.
