Power Door Locks
95 Transport 3.8L
Doors auto lock when shifted into drive. Should the doors unlock when shifted back into park? Mine does not. What can I do? Thanks

This may or may not help you. My '97 Venture locks the doors when I take it out of park, and unlocks the doors when i put it in park. One day it stopped doing that and I found in the owners manual the procedure for re-timing the locking and unlocking of the doors. There are many different variations on this, and you can choose which time the doors lock and unlock. I realize that your van is a different body style, but GM may have kept the same procedure for re-timing it. Just look through your owners manual to see if it is mentioned in there and if so, just follow the procedure. Good luck and let us know if that did the trick.
