Re: Courtesy for other drivers?

ya, i hate those muthafu>kers!that happens to me all the time. i usually get up on there ass soo much that they move, but if not, my car can switch lanes really good. i find myself crossing 3 lanes to get into the slow lane to pass them out. i always give a look or a honk!

Re: Courtesy for other drivers?

oh yesterday i was driving home and i had to merge into the left lane so i merge over i looked and the coca cola truck behing me was plenty behing me i could see his headlight in my rear view,my general rule of thumb. well he didnt like me getting in front of him and he honked and cursed and flicked me off. i was like big deal but then this asshol decides to ride my ass really bad. well my 240sx has much better stopping power then a coke truck so hes like 5 ft off my tail and i brake check the shit out of him this was the brake check of all brake checks. he hit his brakes hard and came w/in about 6 inches or so of my tail but i was already getting on the gas to avoid being hit buy him. so i created a gap between us and i see him creeping up on me again so i lightly tap the brakes and he backs off. then hes behind me at a redlight so i tild my side view mirror so he can see me and i wave. he did not like this too much. then after the light a truck tries to cut across traffic and almost kkills me. i had to get into the median to avoid being hit by this asshole. and then i get flipped of for the 40th time by the coke guy as i pull into my neighborhood what a drive home from work

Re: Courtesy for other drivers?

It's a big problem in the UK, but much better on Continental Europe.

Re: Courtesy for other drivers?

ill stay on their ass. usually they move. if they dont i honk. if they still don't, and it's at night, I'll flick the brights on and off really fast. if that doesn't do it, I drive by and match speed, flip them off then go.

pisses me off when you have someone in the slow lane and someone in the fast lane doing the same speed right beside each other, and won't move no matter how much you ride their ass.

There is a local 2-lane interstate road (route 59) that I take every weekend for 25 miles. There is nothing I hate more than when both lanes have slow drivers going the same speed.

If we could get in peoples thick skulls for slow traffic to keep right traffic wouldn't be near as bad.

Re: Courtesy for other drivers?

What I hate even more than that, since I live in a valley are people who sit on my bumper on a steep hill. Hardly anyone these days drives stick so I guess they don't realize what they are doing. But still when I'm sitting on a steep hill and I just want to get going I don't want to have to worry about the moron behind me if I roll back 1/2 an inch.

I get that all the time.

I can be that "asshole" though.

But; I'm already speeding to begin with, and I'm already overtaking someone, some other random driver in a shit car comes flying up to my ass and sits on my ass while I'm already speeding and overtaking. In this case, I'll slow down to exactly the speed limit next to that car until he slows down and fucks off from my ass.

I just had that happen to me tonight on 59. This guy in a Dakota is going the speed limit in a fast lane...we were getting passed by the people in the slow lane, figure that out. So I can't get over because this road is almost always packed real good. I tried honking several times, tried flashing my lights but since it was dusk I don't think it really bothered the guy, then I tail gated him for a mile or so, and nothing. I ended up missing my turn which didn't make me very happy.
